Description

The recruitment interview is conducted to evaluate the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and readiness for employment as a professional truck driver in Poland and across the European Union.

The interview questions may cover the following areas:
Personal and contact information
Driving licence categories and validity
Total years of truck driving experience
Experience in international or long-haul transport
Countries previously worked or driven in
Experience with different truck types (manual/automatic, refrigerated, tanker, container, curtain-side, etc.)
Knowledge and possession of required documents:
Code 95
Driver Card (Tacho Card)
Passport
Residence permits or visas (if applicable)

Accident and traffic violation history
Familiarity with tachograph operation and EU driving/rest regulations
Knowledge of basic vehicle inspection and maintenance procedures
Knowledge of Road Signs
Previous employers and employment history
English or other language communication ability

The interview may also include verification of documents, assessment of professional conduct, and discussion regarding legal employment procedures, work permit processing, visa formalities, onboarding support, and future career opportunities within the EU transport sector.
